Characteristics:

1,New generation parallel and tri-axial structure gearbox with Kaiyou Patent.

 2, Euro-style rectangle barrel with optimum cooling system.

3, Various modes of pelletizing ,such as water-cooling strand ,air-cooling,water-ring pelletizing,decentered water fog pelletizing, underwater pelletizing

4, Screw elements and kneading blocks are made of 38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2.

5,Optimized die head with braker plate.  

6, Feeding styles are of varieties: twin screw metering feeder system, forced-feeding, two-stage side-feeding,liquid-adding system,loss-weight feeding.

7,PLC, PCC or electric control system can be chosen.

Applications:
